What’s new in version 3.4.29
This version is the first in a series of corrective versions in which we will strive to respond primarily to your comments and suggestions.
New features:
- Improved simulator compatibility with network card drivers. Fixed startup issues with incompatible drivers. To resolve this issue, you must also use the new DetStudioTools package—the current package has been available since the release of DetStudio 3.4.29. So don’t forget to update the package.
- Fixed possible reset of properties of objects or variables stored in backed-up memory.
- Fixed SysCom error behavior when converting a project from version 3.3.17 to 3.4.25.
- Projects containing SysCom could cause an error when exporting variables from DetStudio 3.4.25 and subsequently importing them into AMiT Designer.
- Improved localization of an error in the code that resulted in an error when compiling the application.
- DM-RUT2: Fixed incorrect error code message when entering an incorrect password.
- The ADiS4 system simulator now displays modules graphically.
We strongly recommend that users of DetStudio 3.3 and DetStudio 3.4.25 upgrade to DetStudio 3.4.29. This is not only because of the significant acceleration of application startup (thanks to optimizations), but also because of a potential problem with resetting backed up data.
