What’s new in version 3.4.25
It is necessary to update the service application before launching the user application in the control system when using DetStudio 3.4. It is also necessary to use the new DetStudioTools package for all new features to be functional.
New features:
- Option to send emails from control systems via DM-RUT2.
- New DetStudio Tools package.
- New, full-featured station simulator (screens, processes, communication). Works only with the new DetStudioTools package.
- Preparation for CRA – security settings in the project settings.
- New window with the option of process diagnostics and Modbus RTU communication evaluation.
- Archive manager – option to download archives from control systems directly to the DetStudio environment.
- Control system as a secure gateway to the MODBUS RTU network. Data from peripherals connected via RS485 is available via the control system’s Ethernet interface.
- New module for measuring RPM.
- Improved UserComAscii and UserComBinary objects (interruption from received character).
- Improved ST line editor in CFC.
- New ArionDevice object for register communication in the ARION network.
- Object for communication with AMR-OPxx series wall controllers.
- Accelerated application uploading via websocket (secured).
- Option to update firmware in ADiS4 system modules.
We strongly recommend that DetStudio 3.3 users upgrade to DetStudio 3.4. This is not only due to the significant acceleration of startup times resulting from optimizations, but also due to changes in memory control, which could cause DetStudio 3.3.x to signal corrupted backup memory in control systems.
