AMRIO – Remote Input/Output Modules
The AMRIO series input/output extension modules are used to easily extend I/O signals of control systems. Modules from this series feature both ARION and MODBUS RTU communication protocols – the selection of the required protocol is done with a flip of a switch. In setups with both AMiT systems and systems developed by different manufacturers, it is appropriate to use the MODBUS protocol.
The I/O modules on offer either support a single type of I/O signal or a combination of signals. In terms of installation, modules mount onto a 35 mm DIN rail, require 24 V DC and are operable in a temperature range of -20 to 70 °C.
The AMRIO series replaces previous module series – DM-xx (ARION protocol) and DMM-xx (MODBUS RTU protocol).
