{"id":52745,"date":"2023-10-24T15:47:33","date_gmt":"2023-10-24T13:47:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.myscada.org\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=52745"},"modified":"2023-10-24T15:47:33","modified_gmt":"2023-10-24T13:47:33","password":"","slug":"rotate-animation","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/amitomation.cz\/en\/documentation\/rotate-animation\/","title":{"rendered":"Rotate animation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With this type of animation, you can rotate an object around the set axis, according to a percentage of maximum and minimum values ranging from 0 to 360 degrees (defined by the <em>Range<\/em> parameter).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enter the tag name and the minimum tag value, which correlates to the 0<sup>th<\/sup> degree, and then enter the maximum tag value, which correlates to the 360<sup>th<\/sup> degree.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">By default, the axis of rotation is set in the geometric center of an object or a group. You can change the rotation axis by double-clicking on the object and setting its axis, which is marked as a blue dot. Move the selected point to the desired position, as shown in the picture below:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/myscada.org\/downloads\/manuals_image\/img_14.11.1.jpg\" alt=\"14.11.1\" width=\"430\" height=\"179\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Go to the <em>Rotate<\/em> section of the <strong>Anim<\/strong> tab in the <em>Properties window<\/em> and fill in the <strong><em>Tag (Address)<\/em><\/strong><em>, <strong>Minimum,<\/strong><\/em> and <strong><em>Maximum<\/em><\/strong> values.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/myscada.org\/downloads\/manuals_image\/img_14.11.2.jpg\" alt=\"14.11.2\" width=\"280\" height=\"208\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0084c8;\"><strong>Set Center<\/strong><\/span> property can be set to:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Clear Center \u2013 clears the custom rotation center and sets to the default (geometrical) center<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cancel \u2013 closes the menu without any changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0084c8;\"><strong>Center Offset X (Y)<\/strong><\/span> shows the difference between the custom and geometric rotation center.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0084c8;\"><strong>Center X (Y)<\/strong><\/span> shows the absolute coordinates of the selected rotation center.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0084c8;\"><strong>Range property<\/strong><\/span> defines the total revolution angle, which is 360 degrees by default.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With this type of animation, you can rotate an object around the set axis, according to a percentage of maximum and minimum values ranging from 0 to 360 degrees (defined by the Range parameter).
