If you select a view from the project tree, your will see its properties in the Properties window<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Now look at the properties window. It has several sections.<\/p>\n

View Properties<\/span><\/h3>\n

Name:<\/em><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>Name of the View.<\/em><\/p>\n

Description:<\/em><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>View Description.<\/em><\/p>\n

Parametric View:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/span>Option to create a parametric view – use parametric views when you need multiple views different only in a data source; such sources are specified by the received index when a parametric view is prompted (see Commands \u2013 Open command<\/em> and Parametric window<\/em>).<\/p>\n

Show in menu:<\/span>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Whether to show this view in menu<\/p>\n

Layout:<\/em><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>Active layout for this view. For more info, please look at section <\/em>Layout Views<\/em><\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Layout Mobile:<\/em><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>Active layout for mobile devices. For more info, please look at section <\/em>Layout Views<\/em><\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Zoom Enabled:<\/em><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>Enable\/Disable zoom options for this view<\/em><\/p>\n

Default Zoom:<\/span>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Default zoom for this view. Options are Fit to Page, Full Width, and Original Size<\/p>\n

Access Rights Levels<\/span><\/h3>\n

View Access Group<\/em><\/strong>:<\/span> minimal level of access for viewing. Enter a level between zero and nine: None, 0, 1,\u2026, 9. For more info, please look at the section UserAccesses<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Write Access Group<\/em><\/strong>:<\/span> level of access for writing to the PLC. Enter a level between zero and nine: None, 0, 1, \u2026, 9. For more info, please look at the section UserAccesses<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Access Rights Groups<\/span><\/h3>\n

Groups Read Access:<\/span>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>List of user groups to allow view access. For more info, please look at the section UserAccesses<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Groups Write Access:<\/span>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>List of user groups to allow write access. For more info, please look at the section UserAccesses<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Communications<\/span><\/h3>\n

Persistent Read:<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/em>If this option is enabled, mySCADA will read all the data from the PLCs, even if the view is not being viewed by anyone. This option is useful for fast view refresh when loaded; however, heavy usage can lead to a slower overall reaction of the system as more data is read from the PLCs continuously.<\/p>\n

Connection:<\/span>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>List of PLC connections defined in the current project. This is a default connection – if you enter the tag and do not specify the connection, this connection will be assumed as default<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Refresh: <\/em><\/strong><\/span>Refresh rate of the View in milliseconds. <\/em><\/p>\n

Parameters<\/span><\/h3>\n

Size:<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Displays the view size in kilobytes [kB].<\/p>\n

Has JavaScript:<\/span>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Checks if the view contains script functions.<\/p>\n

Has Variables:<\/span>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Checks if the view has view script variables.<\/p>\n

Key Shortcuts:<\/span>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Allows use of key shortcuts in the view (see the chapter Commands<\/em><\/a>)<\/p>\n

Lock Keys<\/em>:<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>If enabled, set commands will be active only if the lock key is pressed.<\/p>\n

Sounds:<\/span>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Specifies the sound animations used in the view (see the chapter Commands<\/em><\/a>)<\/p>\n

Translations<\/span><\/h3>\n

Language:<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>You can provide language translations for the view name and description. To see this option, you must activate at least one language in the Languages option in your project. For more details, please see chapter Multilanguage support<\/a><\/p>\n

Error Box Properties<\/span><\/h3>\n

You can define a graphic representation of an \u201coffline\u201d error for objects tied with the tags for animation. When such tags cannot be read from the PLCs, mySCADA<\/em> will display an error box around such objects.<\/p>\n

In the Error Box <\/em>properties, you can define the look of the error boxes in your project.<\/p>\n

Select the Views<\/em><\/strong> folder and its properties will appear in the Properties <\/em>window:<\/p>\n

\"6.24.3\"<\/p>\n

Set the fill color, fill opacity, frame color, frame thickness, and opacity of the Error Box<\/em>. With\u00a0 the parameters Rx<\/em> and Ry,<\/em> you can change the softness of the Error Box<\/em> corners.<\/p>\n

For example, if you fill the Error Box<\/em> properties with the parameters below, the communication error will be displayed as follows:<\/p>\n
